NEWS FROM RSC:

· 1/10 RSC has been contracted as the Independent Safety Assessor for the PATH CBTC system development.

· 2/10 RSC has received a multi-year subcontract from Gannett Fleming Transit & Rail Systems to support FRA safety certification of a PTC system for a major commuter railroad.

· 2/10 RSC has received a multi-year subcontract from ARINC, Inc. to provide FRA safety certification (Subpart I—PTCSP) services for a Class I freight railroad’s PTC system.

· 4/10 RSC has been contracted to provide a safety review of a novel Collision Avoidance System for MBTA.

· 4/10 RSC provided major contributions to the FRA-required PTCIP for several railroads.

· 8/10 RSC has been contracted by a signal supplier to provide FMEA and safety guidance for a vital signaling product.
